Recent outstanding activities:

2009

-October: Klauss participated at the Encuentro Internacional de Arte Sonoro TSONAMI Buenos Aires 2009 presenting three electroaccoustic themes live with the participation of Marina Wilensky (voice) and Diego Alberti (real-time image generation).

-September: Klauss as guest of the percussion band Viento en Conga at Green Hell.

-July: Klauss concert at Eco Aldea de Ciudad Universitaria, within the frame of the Arts, Peace, and Cultural Diversity Festival.

-June: Conference on synthesizer programming by Ernesto Romeo at Escuela Sónica. Opening, "Lietuva" by Klauss and Alejandro Pavlovic.

-March: Klauss gave a concert at Ciclo Sonó América organized by the record label company Sonoamérica at Centro Cultural del Sur.

2008

-November: Klauss celebrated its 20 years giving a commemorative concert at Ciudad Cultural Konex where Klauss also presented its new album "e". Together with Ernesto Romeo and Francisco Nicosia other ex-members of the group and guest musicians participated, such as: Walter Alderete, Osvaldo Favrot (Espíritu), Bruno Sanfilippo (BCN e-Sound), Alejandro Pavlovic, Marina Wilensky, Gerardo Farez, Ezequiel Silberstein, Pablo Leocata, Joaquín Franco, Maxi Guizzardi, Pablo Gejman, Javier Drucaroff and Dos Mamuts. -November: Klauss played as guest group for the percussion assembly La Bomba de Tiempo at Ciudad Cultural Konex. Images of the concert.

-July/Augost: During the visit to Europe, Klauss (Ernesto Romeo and Francisco Nicosia together with Lucas Romeo) gave a concert at Chill Bill in Madrid and had a successful participation at the International Bipolar festival 2008, together with other artists from Japan, UK, Spain, and Venezuela. Within the frame of the festival, Ernesto Romeo gave a conference on synthesizers with the participation of Francisco Nicosia and Lucas Romeo. Images of the conference.

-On July 5th, Ernesto Romeo and Francisco Nicosia performed a wonderful first live session of the Música Instantánea project at El Barbú in Madrid, together with David Del Puerto, composer and guitarist and Javier Escaned, saxophonist.

-June: Conference about history of synthesizers given by Ernesto Romeo in Escuela Sónica. Closing: Klauss improvisation.

2007

-December: Klauss gave a performance together with Viento en Conga at the Enchanted Night festival in Ingeniero Maschwitz.

-November: Klauss introduced its new formation (Ernesto Romeo-Francisco Nicosia) at Del Nudo Theatre, on the 29th, with some special guests: Marina Wilensky, Gerardo Farez, Ezequiel Silberstein, Alejandro Pavlovic, Osvaldo Favrot, and Maxi Trusso. Pictures from the concert (11 photos)

-September: Within the frame of the Electronic Music Season in San Isidro 300 +, the Electronic Association (David Tenor, Ernesto Romeo, Jorge Chikiar, Pablo Paredes, Cristian Vazquez, and Alejandro Vazquez) was presented and they gave a Jam Session with a dancing performance by LKTDance.

-July: Klauss (Ernesto Romeo together with Lucas Romeo and Marina Wilensky) gave a concert at "La Boca del Lobo", Madrid.

2006

-November/December: series of conferences by Ernesto Romeo about electronic music, with the participation of Alejandro Vazquez.

-November: The theme "Arawak" was introduced played by Alejandro Vazquez + Jorge Chikiar, at the Concert 2006 of the Degree in Electroacoustic Arts of the Instituto de Tecnología ORT.

-November: Klauss (Ernesto Romeo together with Lucas Romeo and Marina Wilensky) visited USA and gave performances at the Habitats Festival carried out at the Brooklyn Lyceum of New York where artists from all over the world gathered.

-October: "Southern Waves" is edited, a compilation including a version of "The Model" from Kraftwerk, recorded and produced by Klauss with the participation of Marina Wilensky and Maxi Trusso.

-June/July: During a visit to Spain, Klauss (Ernesto Romeo together with Lucas Romeo and Sergio Koval) gave performances in Madrid and Barcelona (CENTRE CULTURAL L´AVENC - LA BOCA DEL LOBO - AMARGORD).

-April/June/December: the celebrations carried out in order to mark the 300th anniversary of the city of San Isidro the programme of electronic music 300+ was performed at the Teatro del Viejo Concejo, Klauss being present for three performances with the participation of Jorge Chikiar and David Tenor.

-February: The audition of Klauss´s Perfect Metals (Part 1) was made during the Argentinsk Elektroakustisk Musik - SEAMS in Fylkingen, Stockholm (Sweden).

2005

-October: concerts from Ernesto Romeo / Klauss in Spain together with Lucas Romeo and KJ Gama (MonaMoog) at Marula Café of Madrid and at Sala El Cadí – Can Vidalet, Esplugues of Llobregat, Barcelona to open the programme BCN E-Sound (Barcelona Electronic Sound) and with Sergio Koval, Lucas Romeo, and Bruno San Filippo as special guests. http://www.barcelonaesound.com/.

-October: Klauss at the South American Music Conference Buenos Aires in La Rural. Round Table about "Musical Production with Electornic Media".

2004

-December: Special programme on Klauss at Contemporary Sounds, FM 91.9 of Bogotá, Colombia, presented by Luisa Piñeros.

-December: Live Klauss´s concert-conference on the creation of electronic music at Escuela Sónica.

-November: Creamfields Buenos Aires: theme exhibition on the synthesizer history with the display of Klauss´s instruments.

-October: Klauss played at the Recoleta Cultural Centre with Franco Salvador (Pez) at the drums as special guest.

-June: Ultrapop record label reedits Klauss´s album "Mobile Skies" recorded between 1994 and 1995 with a new version of the art cover.

-June: Alejandro Vazquez musicalizes the institutional CD-ROM of the Tres de Febrero National University with Klauss´s original soundtrack.

-May: Ernesto Romeo / Klauss plays at On Air - Share Community of New York with an improvisation together with Jorge Chikiar, John King, Cristopher McIntyre, and Mariano Gonzalez Calo.

-February: "Electro & Glitz Stars" was edited, a compoilation including the theme "Zo" from Klauss.
